I miss your smile {poetry}

I miss your smile but at least
I see your nose crinkle your eyes up
and your freckles creased
as I know you radiate like the sun beneath.

Like a sunrise sending colors spiraling to the heavens,
even when the sun is hidden, just out of sight.
Red roses fall, and the pink flush is warming.
I miss your smile but know I quite

adore it still and send my own to answer.

  1. Oh my this is just too good. Your poetry always makes me smile, and especially this one since it is about a smile. Such a sweet poem! And I love how you have a mix of a poetry/scrapbook journal! I may have to steal that idea 🤣😉 Love this, and have a wonderful day! ❤️
